Owner's Description

Glan Y Gro lodges are located within the stunning Snowdonia National Park close to the local community of Llangower, along the shore of Bala Lake. For a romantic break or with friends occupying the other suites, you are bound to have a great time exploring the park. Each lodge has a balcony view over the lake, in the warmer months enjoy a swim in the lake, do some bird watching, fishing, sailing or kayaking.

Be sure to take a scenic train journey along the shore of the lake on the Bala Lake Railway, which passes through Glan y Gro, enjoying some amazing scenery along the way. Also, a visit to the historical market town of Bala is a must, Barmouth and Dolgellau are towns well worth a visit too.
