Acksea Cottage and Lodges are located just outside the village of Kinnerley, in the lovely Shropshire countryside, perfect for a romantic getaway, or family holiday when combined. Enjoy walks around the on-site lake, there are numerous walks and cycling routes not far from the lodges, including the National Cycle Route 81, which runs between Aberystwyth and Wolverhampton, and for more exploring, you have the Shropshire Hills AONB, Shrewsbury is just a short drive, while Oswestry is about eight miles away, with a historic heritage railway, museums, and an exhibition centre. The local village Kinnerley has a pub with food, a shop and a Post Office, the other nearby village of Nesscliffe also has a pub and is where you can find the popular Nesscliffe Country Park.
