Fermanagh with a private marina onsite.  Explore Lough Erne and Fermanagh Lakelands and enjoy water activities and other amenities on the doorstep.  If you can tear yourself away from the activities and lake views then visit one of the nearby attractions such as Ballyhugh Ars and Cultural Centre, Florence Court or Enniskillen to name a few.  Or go for a bite to eat at the Watermill Lodge or The Little Orchard Tea Room.

The dog friendly accommodation has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.  Open plan living area features cosy seating with wood burning stove, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The private garden offers an area for alfresco dining and you can hire a wood fired hot tub to relax in. There is complimentary sit on kayaks, paddles from April to September and if you are taking your own boat then you can make use of the private marina onsite.
