Outside, guests have a lawned garden and decked seating and parking for four cars. The property is non-smoking and does not accept pets.

Leasowe Lighthouse and North Wirral Coastal Park are close by, while Royal Liverpool Golf Club is in Hoylake. Liverpool provides museums, shopping and waterfront attractions, while Chester and Port Sunlight are both nearby.
