Explore this area which is ofter known as the Bavarian Mountain resort because of it's natural beauty which offers many walks, cycle tracks and mountain bike trails as well as being a paradise for bird watchers. The historic city of Inverness is less than an hour's drive away with it's castle, cathedral, distillery and wide selection of restaurants, pubs, shops and entertainment venues. Some more local attractions include Castle Leod, Loch Ness, the Highland Museum of Childhood, Fort George and Spa Pavillion.
