Just over a mile away from the village of Scorton, Nicky Nook Lodge is on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, next to a large open paddock and fishpond, full of carp. Sorton has many excellent restaurants, shops and stalls, very popular with walkers and cyclists, who also head to the Forest of Bowland. At the top of Nicky Nook hill, you can see the Lake District, Blackpool and Morecambe Bay.
