Pets are welcome at Trelawney too.
Porthtowan is nestled between St Ives and Newquay, with its golden sandy beach, cliff walks and vibrant surf scene. For those looking to explore the Cornish coastline, St Agnes, Perranporth, Portreath and Chapel Porth are great local places to visit. Or simply sit in the garden or the hot tub with a book and take the time to enjoy some much needed relaxation.

From the M5 southwest bound, exit junction 31 for the A30 south towards Bodmin. Continue along the A30 for approximately 90 miles. Exit A30 at Chiverton Cross roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B3277 (following signs for St. Agnes initially). At the next smaller roundabout, take 3rd exit and stay on B3277. At Sevenmilestone turn left off the B3277 on to the Coast Road (signposted Portreath, Porthtowan and Mt Hawke). Continue on the Coast Road towards Porthtowan, going straight over a crossroad with care! Continue through Towan Cross, go down the hill and upon reaching the bottom, take the right turning signposted towards the beach. Continue on the Beach Road passed the village store, chip shop, The Unicorn pub etc... As you approach the pay and display car park on your right, take the right turn immediately before it into Sandy Road (T road), then branch left on to Goyne’s Field, access is via a single track, grass verged country lane signposted Towan Valley and Tregoyne. Continue to the end of the road and as you enter the horseshoe shaped area, take the right lane and then you will see the gated entrance into Towan Valley straight ahead. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE 5MPH SPEED LIMIT ON THE APPROACH TO TOWAN VALLEY. Drive through. Trelawney is situated third on the left. Number 14.
