Stunning, architect designed holiday property designed for larger families and groups of friends.

At the heart of this property is an impressive high vaulted ceiling in the open plan living area. There's a large dining table that seats 10 people, SMART TV and Sonos sound system. There's also a log burner for those colder evenings. This is a fabulous entertaining space.

Gitcombe Retreat has 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a luxury double suite with ultra modern wet room on the ground floor with a M1 & M2 independent mobility assessment.

Outside, there is a private hot tub exclusively for your use. Onsite, there is also an indoor & outdoor pool with sauna and tennis courts that you'd welcome to use at no extra cost.

In the area is Salcombe and Dartmouth, both a short drive and definitely worth a visit.
