Box Tree Farm features two luxurious lodges located in the Lancashire countryside, within easy reach of the Forest of Bowland which is an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ also the Lake District National Parks, Yorkshire Dales and the sandy coast. Just about one mile away is the village of Bentham that has an everyday shop and a pub, enjoy walks along the River Wenning, cycling routes, fishing and for the more adventurous gliding, hot air ballooning and paragliding. The market town of Kirkby Lonsdale is well worth a visit, here you can find many restaurants, local shops and a weekly market on Thursdays. The North York Moors National Park offers even more outdoor activities including three popular peaks, the coast also is within easy reach at Morecambe and Kendal.
