Located in the heartland of the Norfolk Broads on private farmland within easy walking distance of the Broads villages Hoveton and Wroxham. You will find Roys of Wroxham known to be the worlds biggest village store, along with restaurants, takeaways, supermarket, shops and garden centre in the village. Hire a boat and spend the day on the well-known waterways, stop at restaurants and pubs along the way or partake in one of the many water activities on offer. A day at the beach in the seaside town of Cromer, go surfing, stroll along the pier and see what is going on at the Pavillion Theatre. 

The Cartshed Lodge has 1 bedroom, sleeping 2 adults and 1 shower room with walk in shower. The open plan loft living area comprises of cosy lounge, dining area for 2 and well equipped kitchen. Outside is an enclosed garden and patio where you can relax on the sun loungers, cook dinner on the barbecue and enjoy the bubbles in the hot tub whilst watching the sunset. The property has a separate unit where you can utilise a washing machine and freezer.
