Situate on steep slopes, looking out over the Exe valley, within easy distance of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and midway between the Devon south and north coastlines. Visit the nearby historic water mill, Bickleigh Mill with its gift shop and cafe by the River Exe. There are a number of National Trust houses in the area to visit. Or take a trip to the market town of Tiverton or further afield to Exeter for shopping, restaurants, bars and galleries.

The accommodation boasts 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and 2 additional bathrooms. The lounge with a wood burning stove is the perfect place to all get together for a cosy night in.
