Located on a large working farm, surrounded by the beautiful Scotland countryside, in the heart of Scotland.  There is plenty to see and do, highlands, lowlands, lochs and rivers to explore, where you can walk, cycle, follow mountain bike trails or partake in some water sports. An afternoon fishing at one of the lochs or rivers or a round of golf.  Enjoy days out at one of the many attractions within easy reach, such as Edinburgh Castle, Sensation Science Centre, Robert Burns Museum, one of the coastal beaches or perhaps follow one of the whisky trails. 

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people and 2 of your four legged pals.  The open plan living offers a well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge seating and dining table seating all the guests. Patio doors lead out to an enclosed balcony and mature garden looking out over the Perthshire hills. After a day exploring enjoy a barbeque or use the pizza oven to cook up some delicious food and enjoy alfresco dining together before taking a relaxing dip in the bubbles of the hot tub.
