Pigeon Coo Lodge is a two-bedroom lodge in Hamstead, near Shalfleet on the Isle of Wight, surrounded by woodland and wildlife within a conservation area. Sleeping four, it provides a peaceful base for enjoying the island’s countryside and coast.
Comfortable Lodge
The single-storey lodge has an open-plan living and dining space, TV and a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. One bedroom has a Smart TV and en-suite WC, while a separate shower room serves the lodge. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and a welcome pack are included. Outside, there is a patio with garden furniture and private parking for two cars.

Newtown Creek is a short walk away, with scenic paths, coastal walks nearby and opportunities to spot local wildlife too. The beach is around a mile away, while nearby activities include fishing, horse riding, cycling, golf and water sports. For days out, visit Carisbrooke Castle, Osborne House, The Needles, Blackgang Chine or Ventnor Botanic Gardens. Cowes is also within reach for sailing and maritime attractions.
