Byre House is a spacious holiday home in Sutton Waldron, North Dorset, with open countryside views. Set on the edge of Cranborne Chase, it is well placed for village walks and exploring the Dorset landscape.

Comfortable accommodation

The house sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, including two king-size bedrooms and a twin room with full-size bunk beds suitable for children. The bright kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove, while a separate snug offers another relaxing space with a television.

Garden and facilities

The enclosed rear garden has furniture for eight and two sun loungers. Facilities include WiFi, parking, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer and an electric vehicle charging point. One well-behaved dog is welcome, with a travel cot and high chair available on request.

Shaftesbury is around ten minutes away by car, while Compton Abbas Airfield is nearby for flying experiences, food and views. Hambledon Hill, Kingston Lacy, Stourhead and Salisbury are within driving distance, while the Jurassic Coast offers beaches and coastal attractions for a longer day out.
