Owner's Description

West Lodge is a stunning Edwardian lodge situated in woodland grounds not far from the picturesque village of Lintrathen in Scotland, you can walk to the nearby loch through the woods, there you can fish from boats (with a permit), kayak, canoe and swim, in the garden, enjoy the BBQ and meals on the picnic table. The town of Kirriemuir is about nine miles away, with a number of shops, eateries, hotel and tourist attractions, including Glamis Castle, an aviation museum as well as the Pictish Stones at Meigle. Peel Farm Coffee and Crafts shop is good for the youngsters, they have a nature trail and animals, there are a few golf courses in the area including Kirriemuir, Glenisla, Strathmore and Alyth.
