The Haven @Watermouth

The Haven @Watermouth is a luxury 3 bedroom timber lodge set above Watermouth Cove on the beautiful North Devon coast. Minutes from the South West Coast path and the pretty bay at Watermouth, guests can also use the facilities of the Park Life Resort which include outdoor pool, bar, restaurant, chilren's p lay area and basic shop. The lodge
The Haven @Watermouth is a privately owned lodge, just one of ten at the resort. We purchased the lodge in 2014, having fallen in love with this beautiful part of the North Devon coast. Since then, we have undertaken considerable renovations to modernise the lodge and create a ‘haven’ which we and our guests can escape to. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

It has a master bedroom with king size bed; TV; en-suite walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all with ample storage. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi whirlpool corner bath with shower over so you can relax with a glass of wine after a hard day at the beach...  A hair drier is provided in both double bedrooms for your use. A travel cot and high chair is also supplied for the youngest holidaymaker...
Premium quality bedding and bath towels are provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

The lounge area boasts ample comfortable seating and there is a large 'Smart' TV, DVD and DAB radio / CD player with Ipod dock (30 pin).

The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven and grill. Also included is a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, as are all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, electric kettle, toaster and hand blender.  A starter 'welcome pack' including tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, milk and biscuits is provided along with pods for dishwasher and washing machine.

All electric and gas is included in the price. Free WiFi internet access is also provided.

Outside there is a decking area with table and chairs, and lawned area where you can soak up the Devon sunshine.

Facilities

Guests have sole use and access to the whole property, including deck and garden areas. You also have access to all of the facilities of the Park Life Resort site which include outdoor swimming pool; indoor and outdoor play areas, Seaview Terrace bar and restaurant.

Other things to note
Please note, there is no mobile phone signal at the lodge. Guests are advised to use a wifi app such as Whats Ap, Viber or Messenger to maintain contact with friends and family. Email or social media can, of course, also be used via the free lodge wifi.
There are steps from the allocated car parking to the lodge.
