Waterside House is a spacious four-bedroom holiday home in Polruan, Cornwall, sleeping up to eight guests. Set beside Fowey Harbour, it has wonderful waterfront views and direct low-tide access to a small beach, making it a great base for exploring the Cornish coast.

Relax and unwind

The house combines traditional character with comfortable modern facilities. There is a conservatory, snug and spacious living areas, while the games room includes a bespoke bar and table tennis. Outside, a patio and Mediterranean-style veranda provide places to sit and enjoy the harbour views. The kitchen includes a range cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, ice maker, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. A wood burner adds extra warmth on cooler evenings.

Explore Polruan and Fowey

The South West Coast Path is close by, while Lantic Bay is around two miles away. Take the passenger ferry across to Fowey for independent shops, cafés and restaurants, or explore further afield to Charlestown Harbour, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The property also has a mooring and welcomes one dog.
