Relax in the conservatory, and in the summer months, your own outdoor patio area with a gas barbecue, enjoy walks around the 18 acres of grounds, visit Dawlish which is about 5 miles away, where the is a good mixture of shops, restaurants, cafes and of course a popular sandy beach.
