Owner's Description

Pipit is located within the woodlands of Lanrick estate, nested amongst the trees, with several streams nearby. Inside there a cosy atmosphere and a wood burning stove, extra sleeping area on the sofa bed, and an open plan kitchen and lounge. Outside on the large decking area, there is a Weber BBQ, lots of comfy furniture and copper bath, for hot soaks at any time of the year. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are about an hour’s drive away, just 4 miles from the popular Trossachs National Park, several pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Pipit is also wheelchair friendly and has step-free access.
